An introduction to Probability

We covered the basic concepts of probability with the focus on mathematical proofs and arguments, rather than computation. Both the discrete and continuous cases were discussed. Concepts included independence, multivariate distributions, probability generating functions, and distribution functions. The reading culminated in an introduction to branching processes.
